I began my professional career immediately after earning my engineering degree and professional license. My first role was with a prominent construction firm in Ancona, focused on the post-1997 earthquake reconstruction. Working as a site engineer on two major contracts—including the seismic retrofitting of the Tolentino Town Hall—allowed me to gain invaluable hands-on experience. Navigating complex operational challenges on-site was fundamental to my professional growth. However, I soon realized that site management was only one piece of the puzzle. I decided to transition into collaborating with leading engineering firms, continuing my work in post-earthquake reconstruction. After several years, I came to a key realization: true progress and evolution, both professionally and personally, only happen through multidisciplinary professional relationships.

Our core services focus on structural and civil engineering, with a specific emphasis on seismic improvement and retrofitting. We are highly specialized in the consolidation of masonry structures, as well as seismic upgrades for reinforced concrete buildings. Together with my trusted partners, we also offer advanced architectural design, MEP engineering (systems design), construction management, and legal/insurance consultancy.
